Arrival &
Opening Ceremony

Sun -15 Sept

Teams arrive and make their way to their selected accommodation. Teams will register at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre (Event HQ Hotel) and the Team Managers meeting will also take place at 1.30pm at the Sheraton. Mid-afternoon teams will depart their hotels for the Opening Ceremony at The Nest (University of British Columbia), and then enjoy the Welcome Party featuring finger foods, 3 complimentary drink vouchers and entertainment.

West Vancouver

Mon -16 Sept

First round of games: Morning transfer to West Vancouver Hockey Complex located on the spectacular North Shore of Vancouver approximately 30 minutes drive from Downtown Vancouver for the first day of fixtures.

Picnic Day &
Coastal Experience

Tues - 17 Sept

Golden Oldies mid-week Picnic Day: Letting off steam at the West Coast Railway Heritage Park, Squamish.  Explore the magnificent BC coastline, soaring Coast Mountains and Canadian history all in one day. Includes 3 complimentary drinks vouchers.
